本研究主要在探討臺南市教育人員對交通安全工作的認知與交通安全工作態度之現況及相互關係,從交通安全政策認知、道路交通安全標誌、號誌設施的認識、交通安全教育的觀念、交通事故與急救處理方式、交通安全政策執行態度、學生交通安全維護態度、交通安全教育實施態度及交通安全環境情境設置態度共八個構面來探討。
本研究採問卷調查法,對2018年臺南地區公立國民中、小學編制內之教育人員進行調查,採分層抽樣的方式進行,發放240 份問卷,有效樣本共計228份,調查結果以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方式,進行資料分析。
本研究主要結論為:
一、交通安全工作認知的交通安全政策認知構面,平均答對率只有55.0%,顯示學校教育人員在交通安全工作認知有需要再提昇。
二、交通安全工作態度各構面平均得分情形介於3.72至4.07之間,顯示教育人員在交通安全工作態度的現況屬於中上程度,具備有積極的態度。
三、擔任「教師兼行政」及「導師」職務之教育人員有較佳的交通安全工作認知。
四、「男性」及「學校每學期都會訂定交通安全教育教學時間」之教育人員在整體交通安全工作態度上的表現較佳。
五、臺南市學校教育人員在交通安全工作認知及工作態度有顯著正相關。 The purpose of this study was to investigate road safety job congnition and attitude and their relation of Tainan’s elementary and junior high school staff. To fullfill the research purpose, the study explored from the eight aspects:
1. Cognition of road safety policy.
2. Road signs.
3. Recogntion of road signs.
4. Concept of road safety education.
5. Road incident and first aid.
6. Attitude of road safety policy implementation.
7. Attitude of students’ road safey maintenance.
8. Attitude of implementation and campus decoration of road safety education.
A questionnaire survey was used to collect the empirical data of this study. There were 240 stratified sampled staff members in Tainan’s public elementary and junior high schools involved, and the valid samles were 228. The statistics procedures employed for the results of the data were the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearsons product-moment correlation.
The conclusions of this research were as follows:
1. Only 55% of the samples gave the correct answers to the questions in the cognition of road safety policy, suggesting that the recognition of road safety job needed improvement.
2. The average scores in attitude of road sfaety job were between 3.72 and 4.07, which were above the average, suggesting that the staff has the postive attitude of road safety job.
3. Adminitrative teachers and homeroom teachers have better recognition of road safety job.
4. Male staff and the staff in the schools which arranged road safety education time every semester had better attitude of road safety job.
5. Finally, there was a signficant positive relation between the cognition and attitude of road safety job.
