    標題: 探討影響中高齡勞工工作壓力相關因子之研究 -以南部某飲料工廠為例
    A Study on Exploring the Factors Associated with Job Stress of Middle-Aged and Elderly Workers:A Case Study for a Southern Beverage Factory

    關鍵字: 本研究主要針對飲料工廠員工進行問卷調查,以瞭解其員工內在及外在的工作壓力來源,分析行政/技術人員、職員/管理員、領班/股長、課長(含)以上人員,對其工作壓力是否存在差異性及壓力反應情形,探討工作壓力調適方式,希望能提供廠方改善員工工作壓力之參考,並提供建議,促進員工身心健康,提升工作品質,增裕工廠營收,而進行本研究。 研究係採取問卷調查法進行抽樣施測,有效問卷計321份,調查問卷並以IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0統計軟體進行各項相關資料分析,彙整分析實證結果提研究結論與建議。 玆經本研究實證結果發現:(1) 性別、中高齡與非中高齡男性勞工、中高齡性別、中高齡教育程度、中高齡婚姻狀況、中高齡所屬部門、中高齡年齡結構、中高齡家中排行在工作壓力方面無顯著差異;其中40-60歲工作壓力最高,40-50歲工作壓力反應最高,中高齡工作壓力高於非中高齡,非中高齡工作壓力反應高於中高齡,中高齡非管理職有較高的工作壓力及較高工作壓力反應,中高齡工作年資未滿33年、33-39年有較高的工作壓力及工作壓力反應。飲料廠受測者以「工作自主性」、「職場正義」為主要工作壓力來源,在「離職傾向」及「工作滿意度」有較強的工作壓力反應感受。 (2) 男性、60歲以上、中高齡、中高齡男性、中高齡專科或大學以上、中高齡管理職、中高齡已婚、中高齡39年以上工作年資、中高齡間接生產部門、中高齡55-60歲、中高齡家中排行老大有較高工作滿意度。(3) 飲料廠員工工作壓力調適方式以運動、出外旅行最多。

    摘要: This study is mainly for questionnaire surveys of beverage factory employees to understand the internal and external sources of work stress of their employees, and analyze the administrative/technical staff, staff/administrators, foremen/feders, chiefs (including) and above. Whether there is a difference in job stress and job stress response, explore the way stress adjustment, hope to provide a reference for the factory to improve the job stress of employees, and provide recommendations to promote physical and mental health of employees, improve work quality, increase factory revenue, and carry out this the study.
    The research department adopted the questionnaire survey method for sampling and testing. 321 valid questionnaires were used. The questionnaires were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical software. The empirical results were summarized and the research findings and suggestions were made.
    Based on the empirical results of this study, we find that: (1) gender, middle-aged and elderly male workers,non-middle-aged and elderly male workers, middle-aged and elderly gender, middle-aged and elderly education, middle-aged and elderly marital status, middle-aged and elderly departments, middle-aged and elderly age structure, middle-aged and elderly households are ranked, There is no significant difference in job stress; 40-60 years old job stress is the highest, 40-50 years old job stress response is the highest, middle-aged and elderly job stress is higher than non-middle-aged and elderly, The non-middle-age job stress response is higher than the middle-aged elderly.The middle-aged and eldly non-management jobs have higher job stress and higher job stress response. The middle-aged and elderly working years are less than 33 years, and 33-39 years have higher job stress and job stress response. In the beverage factory, “job autonomy” and “workplace justice” are the main sources of job stress, and there is a strong sense of job stress in “turnover intention” and “job satisfaction”. (2) Male, over 60 years old, middle-aged and elderly, middle-aged and elderly male, middle-aged and elderly junior college or university, middle-aged and elderly management, middle-aged and elderly married, middle-aged and elderly and working for more than 39 years, middle-aged and elderly indirect production department, middle-aged and elderly 55 - 60-year-old, middle-aged and elderly ranked boss at home have higher job satisfaction. (3) The job stress adaption of employees in beverage factories is sports and travel abroad.
