本計畫｢走讀台南----台南歷史與文化在銀髮族的休閒遊憩產業之加值運用」屬於實務型研究計畫，以銀髮族為思考重心，製作以台南歷史文化為內容的銀髮族台南散步的電子書，內容除了是台南重要名景、古蹟，乃至於寺廟等，與小吃等美食介紹外，主要是對於這些歷史文化名景的友善設施之概況說明，方便銀髮族在台南的歷史文化走讀行程。 全部一共有7冊，前6冊以府城為中心，根據府城的歷史演變，以文化園區的方式來製作銀髮族台南歷史文化散步電子書。首先是荷蘭時代就發展《安平港國家歷史風景區》為第1冊；第2冊是接續荷蘭，明鄭主力發展的《赤崁文化園區》；第3 冊是明清文教區的《孔廟文化園區》；第4冊是清朝時期商業重鎮《五條港文化園區》；到了日本統治台灣，政府機關林立的《民生綠園文化園區》是第5 冊；最後是第6冊《鎮北坊&安東安坊文化園區》。另外，第7冊部分則嘗試也以電子書的模式，製作《樂齡西拉雅》電子書，以補西拉雅風景區在銀髮族電子書著作上的不足。 6冊以府城為中心的銀髮族走讀台南歷史文化電子書，版面設計與內容此處以台南歷史起點第1冊《安平港國家歷史風景區》來說明（下面說明的相關圖示與EP電子書，請參看期末報告本文）。首先是封面部分，在這本電子書中，封面是以紅綜色的色調為主調，在封面中有大眾所熟知的一級古蹟的建物與小吃，以簡單的線條電繪呈現，翻頁的按鈕在兩側，右側為往下翻頁按鈕，按鈕圖示也是一般所習慣的「＞」符號，操作容易，手移到符號處即可滑到下一頁。第二頁即是序文與影片，影片有按鈕可放大至全螢幕。 《安平港國家歷史風景區》電子書的第三頁是內文的開始頁，以簡單文字介紹安平，版面上頭有認識安平、地圖、友善安平與美食等4項文字按鈕。點選地圖則進入地圖頁面，頁面中有二項資訊，一為景點按鈕以填色阿拉伯數字表示，點選即進入該景點頁面；一為美食按鈕以大寫英文字母表示，點選即進入該美食頁面。銀髮族的台南散步電子書中，「友善安平」部分是重點內容，點選「友善安平」色塊按鈕點入，即有景點簡要文字介紹、圖繪、參觀資訊與友善設施說明。最後為台南美食小吃介紹，點選即進入該美食頁面，頁面包含有店舖資訊。 本計畫在執行期間，發覺府城台南的歷史文化名景的設施方面，或許受限於文資法的諸多規定，所以並沒有完善的友善銀髮族規劃設計，容易造成是超高齡，或是行動不便須坐輪椅的銀髮族，要進入館區的困難，是否可以仿照赤崁樓的大門設計，提供無礙斜坡；或是如同台灣文學館的做法，以專人協助方法，在由其他地點來進入館場參觀。同時也可思考發展有聲電子書的方式，來讓高齡銀髮族們進入台南的著名古蹟、廟寺時，可以獲得較完整的資訊，也比較不會有入寶山空手回的遺憾。 Reading & traveling Tainan: The Application of Tainan history and culture in the recreational industry of the elderly people (the“Project”) is a practical research project. The Project is focus on the elderly, producing traveling e-books for the elderly with the content of Tainan history. Besides the introduction of Tainan's main famous sceneries, monuments, temples and snacks, it overviews the friendly facilities of these historical and cultural architectures to make the elderly people more convenient during their cultural day trips in Tainan. "The Elderly Reading & Traveling Tainan eBook" has 7 volumes in total. The first 6 volumes are concentrated on Fucheng（）. Due to the historical development track of Fucheng, The Elderly Tainan Historical and Cultural Walking eBook present in the form of several cultural zones. The first volume focus on the" National Anping Harbor Historic Park", which developed under the rule of Dutch Republic in the 17th century. The second volume concentrates on " Chihkan Cultural Zone ",which mainly developed under ruled of the Dutch and Zheng Dynasty; The third volume takes parts in the main cultural and educational district during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which rose from the first Confucian Temple located in Taiwan and now turn into the "Confucius Temple Cultural Zone "; The fourth volume introduces the " Old Five Channels Cultural Zone ", the major commercial town during the Qing Dynasty; as the time past, the fifth book lays stress on the mainly developed area during the period of Japanese colony, the " Tang Te-chang Memorial Cultural Zone ", where lots of institutions located; Finally, The sixth volume introduces the "Zhenbeifang and Andonganfang Cultural Zone ". At last, the last volume tried to make an "elderly" e-book to fulfill the shortage of elderly e-books for introducing Siraya National Scenic Area. Because the volumes present in the form of an e-book, it is convenient for the tourist, cultural and other department of Tainan City to load related resources into digital tools such as tablets. Make the government easier to introducing Tainan.
