    摘要: 本研究發展高效能液相層析法,用於測定雙酚類及其衍生物。層析條件在流動相(pH 3.41) 含有甲醇-1.0 mM磷酸二氫鉀的250mm×4.0mm內徑的60 RP-Select B (粒徑5 mm)管柱,可同時分離四種雙酚類及其衍生物的雙酚(雙酚A,聯苯酚F,雙酚Z)。紫外(UV)檢測器設定為230 nm。此條件用於測定市售雙酚類的化妝品和個人護理產品。
    An HPLC method has been developed for the determination of biphenols. Four biphenols containing biphenol and derivatives ( bisphenol A, biphenol F, bisphenol Z) were separated simultaneously on a 250 mm x 4.0 mm i.d LiChrospherR 60 RP-Select B (particle size 5 mm) column with methanol-1 .0 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 3.41) solvent, programmed as mobile phase and with an ultraviolet (UV) detector set at 230 nm. The method is applied for the simultaneous quantitative determination of biphenols. in cosmetics and personal care products.
