溫泉資源基礎資料向來為溫泉管理之重要科學依據,而建立溫泉區的監測管網系統及管理平台,為落實溫泉總量管制、溫泉資源保育之重要工作。由於隨著科技的進步,監測系統已發展具即時紀錄與回控管理之功能。本計畫應用此項科技於智慧水管理,利用電子紀錄及無線傳輸之方式,將數據即時傳輸至智慧研析平台進行分析統計,以即時得知該溫泉井之抽用行為,做為溫泉管制措施執行之重要參考依據,並藉以針對溫泉區總量管制問題,期能即時反應泉量、泉溫不足問題達到有效控管之目標。因此本計畫先初步規劃,從設備規範、監控管網作業流程、管理系統軟體整合,以及法規檢討等四面向進行研究。 The monitor information of hot spring resources has always been an important scientific basis for hot spring management in Taiwan. The establishment of hot spring monitoring system and management platform is the most important work for the hot spring conservation. With the upgrade of science and technology such as ICT and IT, water resources monitoring system has developed a real-time record and feedback control functions. The ICT in the water resources management will be applied for the total control of hot spring, real-time response to the spring amount, temperature and the other problem. Therefore, the equipment specification, monitoring pipe system operation process, system software integration and regulatory were investigated in this project.
