利用脂肪族或芳香族二胺與苯四酸直接聚縮合或電化學合成聚合物polyimides 薄膜,利用交流阻抗光譜法和循環伏安法,電沉積高分子薄膜於金或白金石英晶體電極,當作揮發物感測器。
設計氣體採樣技術以吸附揮發物,改變溫度與時間變數,測量揮發物吸附薄膜之頻率差值。本計畫針對合作企業生產的塑化原料或製品做快速分析,並利用靜態頂空法—氣相層析(HS-GC)測定,進行揮發物濃度比較。 Polyimides were synthesized through copolymerization of various kinds of aliphatic or aromatic
diamine monomers with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid ( pyromellitic acid) or
electropolymerization of diamine. The polyimides were deposited as a thin film on Au/Pt quartz crystal
by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and compared to cyclic voltammetry (CV). The
modified electrode was applied as an analytical sensor to detect of volatile components. Design of gas
sampling technique and changing the temperature and time variables to measure the frequency
difference of volatiles adsorbed on film. This project is for the cooperative enterprise production of
plastics raw materials or products to do a rapid analysis. The results were compared with static
headspace - gas chromatography (HS-GC) for measured of volatile concentrations.
