    Title: 學校學習場域室內空氣品質調查與改善 ─ 子計畫三:過濾材料製備與空氣品質改善之研究

    Abstract: 空氣污染問題嚴重,細懸浮微粒PM2.5更是各界研究的議題。世界衛生組織(WHO)在2013年10月已將PM2.5歸類為一級致癌物,並指出空氣污染會對呼吸道造成危害,包含急性呼吸道感染、慢性阻塞性肺病、心血管疾病及癌症等,有強烈相關性。亦有醫師提出,台灣十大癌症死因中,有七大死因與PM2.5有密切相關。
    本研究計畫以氣動噴塗法製備高分子醋酸纖維膜,藉由改變高分子醋酸纖維溶液濃度、噴塗壓力、噴塗次數與時間等條件,探討其纖維膜表面形態。再以Lyocell不織布為基材,複合製成高效率的環保空氣過濾材。將濾材分別做初始的過濾效率與壓損分析,並挑選出過濾效率較好且壓損較低的條件,並針對粒徑小於10 、2.5、0.3微米(μm)測試其過濾效率Eff.(%)。
