Abstract:	高等教育快速的擴張與普及化，以及少子化的衝擊，導致臺灣大專院校間的竸爭相對激烈，為了避免學生流失並增加生源，本計畫將利用本校「學生就學狀況調查問卷」結果，針對休退學學生進行分析。研究結果顯示，問卷調查結果有助於掌握學生流失之可能性，特別是適應狀況及轉休退學意向此二變項。
