    Abstract: 月橘的學名:Murraya Paniculata(Linn.Jack)。俗名:七里香。為四季常青;花香遠傳;生長緩慢;枝葉耐修剪,是芸香科月橘屬常綠灌木,常作為圍籬。本研究中,我們嘗試在化妝品中應用月橘的葉子,因為它豐富的來源不虞匱乏。進行月橘葉子的萃取並探討對皮膚的安全性與應用防曬劑和抗氧化劑中的安全使用。  
    化妝品應用於皮膚上除要求其有效功能,亦重視其安全性,月橘萃取液在確認無農藥檢出之後進行老鼠纖維母細胞(3T3 cells)和老鼠黑色素瘤細胞(B16 cells)以MTT 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide)對皮膚細胞存活度試驗及利用顯微鏡觀察經月橘萃取液作用後觀察細胞型態並計數細胞數量。。測試抑菌效果,根據結果發現抑菌效果不顯著。清除DPPH自由基試驗發現葉的活性SC50 0.04 mg/ml為最佳,在防曬方面葉萃取液在330 nm有最大吸光值,波峰涵蓋在300~380 nm,可輔助化學防曬劑UVA增加吸收紫外線功能。可以作為UVA防曬功能品。 根據測試結果顯示,葉萃取液製作適用於皮膚化妝產品。以此將葉的萃取液製作成乳霜產品並根據化雙品穩定性試驗,將產品以3000rpm離心30分鐘測試結果,乳體未分層。溫度測試下,產品儲藏及運送過程需避免高於60℃的高溫。月橘葉萃取物化妝品功能評估與上述相關聯。
    The scientific name of the moon orange is Murraya Paniculata ( Linn.Jack ), Which is a kind of growth slow and evergreen shrubs for the seasons with the white flowers. Because of its thick branches and leaves are resistant to pruning, and its white flowers smells good, which is why often used as fences. In this study, we attempts to apply the leaves of moon orange in cosmetics cause in its rich source and free from want. The exaction of moon orange leaves was performed. And its safe usage in human skin and other application of leaf extract such as sunscreen, and antioxidation were explored respectively.
    Here Cosmetics applied to the skin not only focus on its effective function, but also pay attention to its safety. For the safety of the extract, there are two kinds of tests were performed, the first, the confirmation of pesticide-free detection was performed and the second, after the moon orange extract was tested on mouse fibroblasts (3T3 cellfoomeds) and mouse cells (B16 wascells ) with MTT 3- ely ( 4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl ) - 2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide ). The cell type were observed when the cell was further tested with Murraya Paniculata Extract and the number of cell were counted by microscopy. The antibacterial effect was tested. Unfortunately based on the result, the antibacterial effect of not significant. The DPPH free radical scavenging test found that the leaf activity SC50 0.04 mg / ml was the best amount of the other parts of moon orange extracts such as flowers, fluids, steam, and roots. The sunscreen of the leaf extract detector showed that a broad peak ( 300 nm ~ 380 nm ) and the maximum absorbance at 330 nm. It is a UVA sunscreen function product.
    Based the tests results show that the extract of moon orange leaves is a nice matter to apply on skin cosmetics. The leaf extract was used as a cream product here, and according to the cosmetics products stable test the products was centrifuged with 3000 rpm for 30 minutes. The emulsion was not layered. Under the temperature test, the product storage and transportation process should avoid the high temperature above 60 ?C. The Evaluation of the function of moon orange leaves extract cosmetics products were in according with that the mantion above.
