本研究主要在探討工作壓力、工作績效及與離職傾向之影響—以報償公平性知覺及工作價值觀為調節變項。現今工作壓力成為醫療產業長期關注的重點,尤其是醫療產業。研究對象為醫療產業工作人員,採結構式及匿名式網路問卷發放,本研究為橫斷式研究。使用SPSS統計軟體以獨立T檢定、單因子變異數及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究中重要發現:1、工作壓力對工作績效無顯著正向影響。2、工作壓力對離職傾向有顯著正向影響。3、工作價值觀會調節工作壓力對工作績效之影響,具有顯著正向影響。4、工作價值觀會調節工作壓力對離職傾向之影響,無顯著影響。5、工作價值觀會調節工作壓力對工作績效之影響,無顯著影響。6、報償公平性知覺會調節工作壓力對離職傾向之影響,無顯著影響。結論與建議:可實施營造快樂工作環境及提供調適壓力課程和落實工作績效考核之公平性及升遷制度及加強組織文化及良性制度,將可改善員工工作壓力及工作績效,進而降低離職傾向及提高報償知覺之滿意。 This study is mainly to explore the impact of work stress, job performance and turnover intentions - to compensate for fairness perception and work values as adjustment variables. Work pressure has become the focus of the medical industry for a long time, especially in the medical industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is whether the work stress is related to job performance and turnover intention, and whether compensation fairness perception and work value perception have a regulating effect on the impact of work stress on turnover intention and job performance.
