在所有的增溶方法中,滴丸是一種提高藥物溶解速度和提高口服生物利用度的方法。 滴丸的特點是製作設備簡單易操作、製造成本較低、攜帶方便和高生物可用度。與油性滴丸不同,配方中不含聚乙二醇的水性滴丸有可能改善對胃腸產生不適的問題。透過將中藥粹取物與藻酸及明膠混合,我們選擇配方9,將混合物滴入與溶液不互溶的液體中來製備滴丸。

The objective of our study was to design and prepare the Goji berry extract-loaded dripping pills using alginic acid and gelatin as carriers by choose formula 9. The physicochemical properties of dripping pills were studies by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to know there are no interaction with excipients, Ultraviolet spectroscopy to confirm the recovery rate of the drug in dripping pills is 57.5%. It is found that our dripping pills are swelled by water absorption, release the drug in an infiltration manner, And have high stability in water and achieve the function of carrier transportation. Then the preservation effect is quite good. The content is more than 90% after the stability test, so that the medicinal material with high anti-oxidation is not easy to spoilage or change color and maintain selling phase.
