This study aims to investigate the current status and the relationship of nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitudes and dietary behaviors of employees in an electronic company. The cross-sectional survey method was used to collect data by questionnaire survey and 258 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results showed that all subjects had the highest scores on the nutrition attitude scale. In the nutrition attitudes, the concept of “nutrition and disease” scored better, and the scores of “general nutritional knowledge” were the lowest. The average score for “food labeling and packaging” in dietary behavior scale is higher than the others, while the scores of "emotional eating" were the lowest one. The background variables of all subjects showed significant differences in nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitudes and dietary behaviors with age, education level, work patterns and BMI. There was a positive correlation among nutrition knowledge, nutritional attitude and dietary behavior. Nutrition education should be established to help employees have the ability to judge whether they are eating right, to provide correct knowledge, to establish a dietary attitude, and finally to change dietary behavior. Therefore, if we can provide an effective nutrition education program, not only improving employees' attitudes towards nutrition knowledge, but also guiding their correct eating behaviors to promote healthy life.
