本研究之主要目的是了解藥妝店員工的工作自主性知覺以及報償合理性知覺與工作滿意度之間的關係,並對應馬斯洛需求理論探討有何結論。本研究利用網路問卷,以台灣北、中及南部之藥妝店員工為對象進行調查,於107年4月5日至107年5月7日間共發放131份問卷,回收131份,有效問卷131份,有效回收率達87.33%。
從員工的需求擬定改善方案,讓員工有良好的工作環境與福利,達到企業利潤成長目標。 The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the self-awareness of the employees of the drug store and the sense of reasonableness of compensation and job satisfaction, and to discuss the conclusions corresponding to Maslow's demand theory. This study used the online questionnaire to investigate the employees of drugstores in North, Central and South Taiwan. From April 5, 2007 to May 7, 2007, a total of 131 questionnaires were distributed and 131 questionnaires were collected. 131 copies, the effective recovery rate reached 87.33%.
Through the survey, the management can better understand the employees' ideas, and find problems from them, and can formulate improvement plans from the needs of employees, so that employees have a good working environment and benefits, and achieve the goal of corporate profit growth.
