    摘要: 臺灣面臨人口高齡化的趨勢,壽命的延長伴隨身體機能老化、肌肉量減少與骨骼流失,導致老年人跌倒發生率增加,影響生活品質甚鉅。長照2.0預防及延緩失能方案規劃肌力強化運動、生活功能重建訓練、社會參與、口腔保健、膳食營養及認知促進等六大主題的預防照護服務。本研究旨於探討預防及延緩失能肌力強化方案活動介入社區對60歲以上中老年人的肌力、肌耐力、平衡能力及衰弱層面之促進成效。研究方法採實驗設計法,共有85位社區中老年人參與研究,分為實驗組(N=40)與控制組(N=45),方案介入期間為12周,在方案介入前與介入後進行成果量測,以SPSS 22.0版套裝軟體資料進行分析。研究結果發現介入後實驗組在30秒坐站、2分鐘原地抬膝、坐姿體前彎及2.44公尺椅子坐立繞物的得分高於控制組,達統計上顯著差異,顯示預防及延緩失能肌力強化方案有助於增加老年人的下肢肌耐力、心肺耐力、下肢柔軟度、敏捷度與動態平衡。本研究結果支持預防及延緩失能肌力強化方案介入,可達到促進社區中老年人健康之成效,進而改善老年人衰弱及跌倒的風險。
    Taiwan faces a trend of aging population. Longevity is accompanied by aging of the body. Reduced muscle mass and bone loss, leading to an increase in the incidence of falls in the elderly, and affecting the quality of life. Long-Term Care 2.0 prevention and delayed disability program includes of six major preventive care services: building muscle strength enhance exercise, training reconstitution of life, communal participation, oral health, diet and nutrition and neurocognitive enhancement. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of the prevention and delaying of myasthenia gravis on the muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance ability and weakness level of the elderly over 60 years old in the community. Research method using Quasi-Experimental Design. A total of 85 community middle-aged and elderly people participated in the study. It is divided into experimental group (N=40) and control group (N=45). The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical software. The program intervention period was 12 weeks, the program results were measured before and after the intervention. The results showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group in 30 seconds Sit-Stand, 2-minute knee lift, forward flexion and the 2.44-metre chair sat around, statistically significant difference (p<0.05). The Programs to prevent and delay muscle strengthening can help increase the lower limb strength, cardio endurance, lower limb softness, agility and dynamic balance of the elderly. The results of this study support the prevention of disability and delay muscle strengthening program intervention, up to promote the effectiveness to the health of the thus improving the weak and the risk of falls in the community elderly.
