摘要: | 本研究目的採取迷你檢測找出受試者代謝類型-蛋白質型、混合型及碳水化合物型的歸屬,再給予適當飲食輔導,分析是否適用於健康促進,並評估效果。本研究參與對象是X公司30名員工,其身體質量指數大於等於22 kg/m²,男性年齡大於30歲者,體脂肪大於等於23%,年齡小於30歲者,體脂肪大於等於17 %;腰圍大於等於90 cm;女性年齡大於30歲者,體脂肪大於等於27%,年齡小於30歲者,體脂肪大於等於24 %,腰圍大於等於80 cm。生化檢測值,膽固醇、血醣或尿酸有任何一項過高者。研究方式採用迷你代謝型態檢測問卷,依得分找出受試者代謝飲食型態後,進行12週群組飲食輔導介入,進而統計分析18位混合型及6位蛋白質型受試者體位和血液生化前後測數值。本研究結果顯示,混合型與蛋白質型受試者體位測量數值均有顯著下降,體重分別減少4.04 kg與4.65 kg,體脂肪分別減少3.75%與4.58%,體脂量分別減少1.28 kg與1.08 kg,腰圍分別減少7.31 cm與7.12 cm和BMI分別減少1.15 kg/m²與1.90 kg/m²。血液檢測數值,總膽固醇分別降低18.33 mg/dL與19.50 mg/dL、三酸甘油脂分別降低9.44 mg/dL與33.00 mg/dL、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇混合型受試者降低1.94 mg/dL,但是蛋白質型受試者增加1.00 mg/dL,低密度脂蛋白膽固醇分別降低9.94 mg/dL與13.00 mg/dL,總膽固醇/高密度脂蛋白膽固醇比值分別降低0.21與0.48,飯前血糖分別降低8.78 mg/dL與13.17 mg/dL。採用重複測量變異數分析人體體位測量,每週數值皆有顯著下降。本研究結論,由代謝型態分型及12週群組飲食輔導介入有助於健康促進。 Objective: To discover one’s metabolic type, analyzing whether the recommended metabolic typing diets work for health promotion, and to evaluate its effect. 30 subjects whose BMI≧22 kg/m², men’s age < 30, BF≧17%; age > 30, BF≧23%, waist≧90cm; women’s age < 30, BF≧24%; age > 30, BF≧27%, waist≧80cm. Biochemical test value, subjects with high cholesterol, blood sugar or uric acid were recruited from X company. Methods: Discovered diet types by mini-metabolic typing questionnaire, conducting a 12-week online group of interventional diets, selecting 18 mixed and 6 protein type subjects for statistical analysis, proceeding pre- and post-test for anthropometric measurement and blood biochemical analysis. Result: Subjects of mixed and protein type have significantly decreased in anthropometric measurement, weight decreased by 4.04 kg and 4.65 kg respectively, body fat decreased by 3.75 % and 4.58 % respectively, fat mass decreased by 1.28kg and 1.08 kg respectively, waist decreased by 7.31cm and 7.12 cm respectively, and BMI decreased by 1.15 kg/m² and 1.90 kg/m² respectively, values of blood biochemical analysis, TC decreased by 18.33 mg/dL and 19.50 mg/dL respectively, TG decreased by 9.44 mg/dL and 33.00 mg/dL respectively, mixed type subjects whose HDL-C decreased by 1.94 mg/dL, however, subjects of protein type increased by 1.00 mg/dL, LDL-C decreased by 9.94 mg/dL and 13.00 mg/dL respectively, TC/HDL-C decreased by 0.21 and 0.48 respectively, AC Sugar decreased by 8.78 mg/dL and 13.17 mg/dL respectively. Anthropometric measurement was analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA showed a significant decrease weekly. Conclusions: Metabolic typing and the 12-week online group of interventional diets contribute to health promotion. |
