    摘要: 因應台灣邁入老年化社會,為提供民眾居家日常生活照護,居家照顧服務員需求增加,居家照顧機構須因應時代變遷及永續經營對組織做好變革以提升照護品質。本研究探討組織變革認知、工作滿意度對離職意願之影響模式。
    In response to Taiwan's aging society, the demand for home care attendants has increased, and home care institutions must adapt to the changes in the times and sustainable management to improve the quality of care. This study explores the impact of organizational change perception and job satisfaction on turnover intentions.
    This study collected the home care attendants who worked in the home service units in Kaohsiung City and Tainan City for 107 years. From January to June, 107, they sent questionnaires to the home care attendants to fill out. The number of samples collected was 166, and the recovery rate was 83%. Acquisition factor analysis, T-test, ANOVA test, regression analysis, to explore the relationship between organizational change perception, job satisfaction, and turnover intention.
    The study found that organizational change perception positively affects job satisfaction, and job satisfaction is negatively correlated with turnover intention. It is recommended that institutions should improve the working environment, salary structure, strengthen professional education and training to enhance organizational change perception and management, and fully communicate to understand the causes, processes and future development of change, to enhance organizational change perception and job satisfaction, reduce turnover intention .
