The purpose of this study was to understand the relative factors between the learning effectiveness and executive attitude after training college students for automated external heart defibrillators shock. Samples of this study were obtained by purposive sampling method. The mother group of the study was collected from the college students participating in the workshop of the Hy-giene and Health Care Division of Chia-Nan University of Pharmacy and Science in April 2018. The questionnaires surveys were conducted with a self-compiled structured questionnaire at the end of the course. Totally 102 questionnaires were sent out, and 102 valid ones were retrieved.
The questionnaire was reviewed and recommended by experts, and analyzed with software SPSS 22.0 version. The results of the Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire were 0.6 ~ 0.9, which was credible. The results of the questionnaire were discussed in SPSS 22.0 version with descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, chi-square test, and Pearson product-related analysis.

Results : The research subjects obtained the source of first-aid knowledge of the school curriculum is up to 61.8%, followed is the mass communication media to 27.5%. In the questionnaire, the knowledge score of 10 points is 24.5%. It means that the middle and upper level accounted for about 60% of the total subjects. The research subjects are positive about the emotional level and action tendency of executing A.E.D first aid. The result of Pearson cor-relation analysis is that the higher the knowledge scores of the research sub-ject, the more positive tendency to execute A.E.D. The higher the emotional level score, the more positive tendency to execute it.

Conclusion: This study takes college students as the main research object. In the emotional level and action tendency of attitude, the more positive the perception is, the higher the willingness to execute. Whether the emotional level is positive or not has been related to the training course. Therefore, regular training courses and annual renewal of licenses are the main elements for students to maintain correct and positive use of this equipment.
