本研究主要是以特殊之製程方式,將高分子乳膠顆粒導入奈米纖維中,使高分子乳膠顆粒形成藥物擴散之障礙物,當奈米纖維中之藥物進行擴散時,即會受到纖維中高分子乳膠顆粒的阻擋,而呈現藥物緩釋的功效。
本研究以各種不同的條件,製備出不同性質的緩釋型奈米纖維,並進行藥物擴散之研究,此外,亦使用穿透式電子顯微鏡及掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察奈米纖維之外觀型態,以探討不同製程條件對於溫感緩釋型奈米纖維之外觀型態及性質之影響。 In this study, the polymer latex particles are introduced into the nanofibers in a special process, so that the polymer latex particles form barriers to drug diffusion. When the drug in the nanofibers is diffused, the polymer latex, which located in the nanofibers blocked the diffusion road and slowed down the diffusion rate of drug.
In this study, sustained release nanofibers with different properties were prepared under various conditions, and drug diffusion was studied. In addition, the appearance of nanofibers was also observed using a transmission electron microscope and a scanning electron microscope. Discuss the influence of different process conditions on the characteristics of thermosensitive sustained release nanofibers.
