歷年來，實驗場所安全衛生管理已推動許久，但實驗場所的意外災害層出不窮，對師生安全與健康以及學校資源與環境造成極大影響，但因實驗場所性質複雜，雖訂有妥善及完備的安全操作作業標準，並規定操作人員（學生）於進行實驗流程時，需配戴規定之個人防護具，盡?推動安全衛生管?，但實驗場所災害仍時有所聞，大專院校之安全衛生管理雖?實執?，其成效有限。本研究主旨以某大專院校實驗場所現況，探討我國大專院校實驗場所安全衛生管理制度。研究分析資料為2016年我國某大專院校實驗場所安全衛生查核表，並採用文獻分析及蒐集有關實驗場所安全衛生、實驗場所危害因子資料，依據最後統計結果分析對比主要危害因素，提出管理策略及改善措施。 The safety and health management of experimental places has been promoted for a long time since 1991, but the accidents in the experimental sites are still heard from time to time. However, due to the complex nature of the experimental sites, the proper and complete safety management system is needed to be provided.
The main purpose of this thesis is going to study and provide the safety and health management system of experimental sites in colleges and universities in Taiwan-taking the current situation of experimental sites in an university as an example.
A safety and health management checklist for experimental sites in a university in Taiwan was researched and analyzed in 2016 by using literature and data collected from these experimental sites. Finally, based upon the final statistical results, the main hazard factors were analyzed and compared, and the improvement of management strategies were suggested according to our results.
