    摘要: 經由電信業現行人孔作業檢點暨許可表檢查結果,探討電信業人孔作業對不同勞工背景、作業區域、作業地點、作業時間、作業日期、作業月份、作業季節,人孔內部上、中、下層孔內氣體濃度量測之相關性分析研究。以確認現行人孔作業之潛在危害並擬定控制策略。本研究共取得大臺南地區1121個和將近1489筆的電信人孔內部氣體濃度量測的數據。氧氣濃度低於18%的0筆。只有一個人孔有檢測到2筆硫化氫濃度介於5~10ppm邊際合格,是落在安南區。安南區有49筆一氧化碳濃度介於1~17.5ppm部分合格占3%。安南區氧氣下層濃度量測結果,合格71筆(38.4%)、部分合格85筆(45.9%)、邊際合格29筆(15.7%)。總和185筆(100.00%)。為全市邊際合格(15.7%)加成部分合格(45.9%)異常比例最高區域之一。硫化氫濃高於10ppm和一氧化碳濃度高於35 ppm的0筆,全部符合法令規定。電信人孔從0號到10號共有11種型號,其內部氣體體積從最小的 3.78?方公尺到最大的25.2立方公尺。持續通風換氣時間應在五分鐘以上。人孔開啟後及於通風換氣後,進行孔內氣體濃度量測。本研究結果氧氣濃度邊際合格佔4%,一氧化碳濃度部分合格佔3%,硫化氫濃度全部低於10ppm,可燃性氣體(CH4等)在本研究中並沒有檢出。
    Through the inspection results of the current manhole operation inspection and permission table in the telecommunications industry, the manhole work in the telecommunications industry is discussed in different labor backgrounds, work areas, work sites, working hours, work dates, work months, and work seasons. Correlation Analysis of Gas Concentration Measurement in upper, middle and lower Holes . To confirm the potential hazards of current manhole operations and develop control strategies.A total of 1121 and nearly 1489 telecommunication manholes were measured for gas concentration in the Tainan area. Zero pen with oxygen concentration less than 18%. Only one manhole has detected that two hydrogen sulfide concentrations are between 5 and 10 ppm. It is the marginal qualified in Annan district. In Annan District, there were 49 carbon monoxide concentrations from 1 to 17.5 ppm and partially qualified 3%. The results of sub-atmospheric oxygen concentration measurement in Annan District were 71 (38.4%) qualified, 85 (45.9%) partially qualified, and 29 (15.7%) marginal. Total 185 data (100.00%). It is one of the regions with the highest abnormal percentage of qualified (45.7%) marginal qualifications (15.7%) in the city. Zero data with (H2S) hydrogen sulfide concentrations above 10ppm and carbon monoxide concentrations above 35 ppm are all compliant with the law.There are 11 types of telecommunications manholes from size 0 to size 10, and their internal gas volume ranges from a minimum of 3.78 cubic meters to a maximum of 25.2 cubic meters. Continuous ventilation should take more than five minutes. Manhole opening and after ventilation. In-hole gas concentration measurement was performed. The results showed that oxygen concentration marginal qualified was 4%, carbon monoxide concentration partially qualified was 3%, hydrogen sulfide was all lower than 10ppm, flammable gas (CH4 etc.) was not detected in this study.
