    Title: 平伏莖白花菜和千根草之抗發炎功效及機轉探討

    Abstract: 平伏莖白花菜(Cleome rutidosperma, CR)又稱「成功白花菜」,是本省常見的外來種野草,為山柑科白花菜屬的草本植物。它在東南亞除了作為蔬菜食用外,也被用來作為治瘧疾、利尿劑、退熱劑、止痛劑。千根草(Chamaesyce thymifolia (L.) Millsp, CT) 俗稱稱「小飛揚」,為大戟科地錦草屬的草本植物,在中藥藥典中記載具清熱、消腫、解毒、治瘧疾、利尿劑等功效。本實驗利用CR及CT之乙醇萃取物來探討其抗發炎的能力及分子機轉。此實驗利用RAW264.7 小鼠巨噬細胞株作為模式, 內毒素脂多醣LPS(lipopolysaccharide)作為發炎刺激劑。第一部分首先探討CR及CT之萃取物對受LPS刺激下RAW264.7 小鼠巨噬細胞產生的一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)的抑制效果。接著進一步利用西方墨點法分析誘導性一氧化氮合成酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS)的蛋白表現。接著探討CR及CT之萃取物對促發炎細胞激素interlukin 6(IL-6), Tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α的影響。第二部分,訊息路徑主要探討nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)及mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)途徑。
