    Title: 分散液液微萃取結合氣相層析質譜法於水中塑化劑檢測應用

    Abstract: 本研究使用分散液液微萃取技術( Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction, DLLME )結合氣相層析質譜儀( Gaschromatography - mass spectrometry,GC-MS )以檢測水中鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、鄰苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DnOP)4種塑化劑。為了評估本研究分散液液微萃取方法之效能與準確性,在最佳化的條件下進行測定,塑化劑標準之線性(Linearity)範圍介在0.2-5.0μg mL-1 之間,濃度範圍對於層析峰面積作圖之相關係數(Correlation coefficient, R2)皆在0.995以上,在最佳化參數條件下對含有 0.01 μg mL-1 之各分析物水樣進行萃取,所得層析峰面積之相對標準偏差( Relative standard deviations, RSDs, n= 5 )皆小於 5%,且添加回收?介在 96.4 % ~ 112.0 % 間。
