    Abstract: 肺動脈高壓Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)是一種受多種因素影響的疾病,所以我們必須分析會影響肺動脈壓力的各種因素,才可以得知 Sildenafil藥物治療對人體產生的益處或影響。肺動脈高壓的病人心肺血管擁有較高的氧化性壓力oxidative stress,主要生理上會有羥基壬hydroxynonenal(HNE)數值較高,還有磷脂質中的脂肪酸fatty acids (FAs)濃度增加,心率變化率增加等。然而,肺動脈高壓產生的負面影響如血管的收縮或舒張程度,血管的好壞或者血管的氧化性壓力無法直接由觀測所得,但是我們卻可以評估Sildenafil 藥物治療後,使某些代表性的體內升數值的增高或降低,評估的有脂肪酸fatty acids (Fas) status, 羥基壬。
