    Title: NaOH添加量對chitosan/Aspirin/Sodium triphosphate/Polyglutamic acid 藥物顆粒釋放行為之研究

    Abstract: 本研究將不同比例的Asp/Chit/HOAc溶液加入不同比例Polyglutamic acid/NaOH溶液中,探討帶正電荷之Chitosan陽離子聚電解質與TPP陰離子聚電解質,因陰、陽離子間之靜電架橋反應相互吸引形成含藥物之顆粒。不同比例的NaOH影響顆粒的物性,如粒徑大小、比表面積、表面型態(surface morphoiogy)與藥物包埋率,並決定藥物的釋放機制及釋放速率。
    結果顯示NaOH的添加量增加,藥物顆粒的粒徑越小、比表面積越小、藥物包埋率也越小。在pH2、pH4和pH7的藥物釋放模式皆屬於T. Higuchi 動力模式,並隨NaOH的添加量增加藥物釋放速率常數越小。
