    Title: 以超高壓液相層析法測定化妝品中防腐劑

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的同時且快速分離八種防腐劑,其中有Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (MP)、Ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(EP)、n-Propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(PP)、Isopropyl p-hydroxybenzoate(IPP)、Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate(BP)、2-Phenylphenol(OPP)、2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol(24CBM)、Chlorocresol(CC),以高效能液相層析(High-Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)方式進行測定,並進行有機溶劑、有機修飾劑及稀釋溶劑之研究探討,由這些探討中找出最佳化條件極可能影響之參數。研究結果以等度條件(乙醇: 水= 35 : 65),偵測波長以254 nm、227 nm作梯度,樣品注射量5μL,流速為0.4mL/min,能達到最佳層析效果。以管柱C 18作為靜相,可有效分離八種防腐劑,且能獲得線性方程式相關係數(?2)均在0.999以上。且再自製樣品回收率90.58~109.72%
