    Title: DEET的光解反應動力學及反應機構探討

    Abstract: 本實驗選用待乙妥(N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide,DEET )作為反應物,以汞燈進行照光反應,並結合高效能液相層析儀(High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC) /紫外光偵測法偵測光解前、後反應物及產物的濃度,以計算藥物光解動力學之參數;最後以氣相層析質譜儀(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer, GC-MS)鑑定可能的光解產物結構,探討DEET的光解反應機構。
    本實驗DEET的光解反應均趨近於一級反應模式,在15℃及30℃下,速率常數k分別為1.554×10-4s-1及1.496×10-4s-1,半生期t1/2分別為1.239 hr及0.7694 hr。以GC-MS鑑定光解可能的主要產物為Methyl benzoate,其次要產物可能為3-methyl Benzaldehyde。
