本研究目的在評估臺南市私立幼兒園從業人員防火避難認知、幼兒園從業人員對幼兒園現有防火避難設備有效性認知及幼兒園從業人員防火避難之自我效能。本研究之母群體經由立意取樣方式，蒐集105年至106年之間共40所成立滿一年以上的臺南市私立幼兒園之從業人員200位為研究樣本對象，以自編之結構式問卷進行問卷調查研究。問卷經過專家效度、預試修正定稿，各層面信度Cronbach'sα係數分析結果為0.7~0.9，並以SPSS21.0進行各變項之描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、線性迴歸分析。
研究結果發現：1.幼兒園從業人員在防火避難認知、防火避難設備有效性認知及防火避難自我效能間關係達顯著水準。防火避難認知、防火避難設備有效性認知是可以有效預測防火避難自我效能。2.利用線性迴歸分析，在「防火避難認知」的標準化迴歸係數β值為0.311，P<0.001，「防火避難設備有效性認知」的標準化迴歸係數β值為0.573，P<0.001，解釋百分比為70.9%，而在標準化迴歸係數β值中「防火避難設備有效性認知」>「防火避難認知層面」表示防火避難設備首先必須具備齊全，其重要性大於防火避難認知，才能達到防火避難演練之最佳效益。 The purpose of this study is to evaluate the private kindergarten employees in Tainan City for the fire prevention and refuge awareness,the private kindergarten employees' awareness of the effectiveness of existing fire prevention and evacuation facilities in kindergartens,and the self-efficacy of fire protection. In this study, the mother group of the study was collected from 105 years to 106 years. A total of 40 private kindergartens of Tainan City were set up for more than one year, and 200 private kindergarten employees for the study sample object. The questionnaires were conducted based on self-compiled structured questionnaire Research. The questionnairs were finalized after the expert validity and pre-trial revised. The results of the Cronbach'sα coefficient of the questionnaire were 0.7 ~ 0.9. The descriptive statistics of each variable, independent t test, single factor analysis, linear regression analysis were performed in SPSS21.0.
The results show that: 1. kindergarten employees reaches a significant level in the fire prevention and refuge awareness, the awareness of the effectiveness of fire prevention and evacuation facilities,and the self-efficacy of fire protection. The fire and refuge awareness, and the awareness of the effectiveness of fire prevention and evacuation facilities bring an predictable effect in the self-efficacy of fire protection. 2. To use linear regression analysis, the standardized regression coefficient β is 0.311 and P <0.001 in " the fire prevention and refuge awareness".The standardized regression coefficient of "the awareness of the effectiveness of fire prevention and evacuation facilities " is 0.573, P <0.001.The explanatory percentage is 70.9%.In the normalized regression coefficient β,when " the awareness of the effectiveness of fire prevention and evacuation facilities ">" the fire prevention and refuge awareness ".It means that fire safety equipment must be fully equipped first, its importance is greater than the fire prevention and refuge awareness to achieve the best benefits of fire evacuation drills.
