    摘要: 「臨床實習」是護生學習護理專業重要的一段歷程,實習指導教師是護理科學生臨床實習教學的規劃與執行者,其採行的教學方法、策略與教學態度成為護生學習成效之關鍵,本研究目的旨在了解護理實習指導教師臨床自我教學效能與專業核心素養培育能力現況,並探討個人背景變項與臨床教學效能和專業核心素養培育能力之相關性。採橫斷式調查法,以立意取樣方式,選取105學年度受聘於台灣地區公私立科技大學及專科學校的護理科實習指導教師為主要研究對象,利用文獻查證發展自編結構式問卷,以實際發填及網路型式收集共回收206分問卷。研究結果顯示整體臨床自我教學效能平均分數4.4,專業核心素養培育能力平均分數4.43。臨床教學工作年資6~10年相對於3年以下、臨床教學工作年資10年以上相對於3年以下、護理臨床工作年資10~14年相對於1~5年,在臨床自我教學效能與專業核心素養培育能力的表現均明顯較佳。臨床自我教學效能的教學準備、教學評量運用、專業技術運用、教師溝通表達能力,四項構面為專業核心素養培育能力的顯著預測影響因子。本研究結果可作為實習指導教師師資培育及臨床護理教育改革參考。
    The clinical internship is indispensable and also enormously influential for nursing students to develop the nursing skills and competence.Clinical nursing teachersmainly planand implementthe overall learning program for the nursing students’ clinical internship. Thus, the teaching methods, strategies and attitudes play critical roles of learning effectiveness for nursing students. This study aims atinvestigating and exploring the relationship between teaching self-efficiency and the core competence cultivation ability of clinical nursing teachers. A cross-sectional survey was conducted for nursing teachers employed by nursing universities and colleges in 2016. A self-compiled structured questionnaire was developed after literatures’ review and data were collected accordingly by hard copies and on-line questionnaires respectively. A total of 206 questionnaires returned effectively.
    Results showed that themean score of teaching self-efficiency of clinical nursing teachers is 4.40, the mean score of core competence cultivation ability scroes is 4.43. Clinical nursing teachers with 6-10 years teaching experienceand over 10 years teaching experience compared to within 3 years teaching experience, as well as 10 to 14 years nursing clinical work experience compared to 1-5 years nursing clinical work experience have better performances on the clinical teaching self-efficiency and the core competence cultivation ability. Four dimesions of clinical teaching self-efficiencyincluding teaching preparation,teaching evaluation utilization, professional skill utilization and communication capability of clinic nursing teachers are significantly predictive impact factors of the core competence cultivation ability.Results of this study can provide references for programs to cultivatenursing teachers’ competence and clinical nursing education reform.
