    摘要: 本實驗以上流式厭氧污泥床模廠反應槽,馴養顆粒污泥處理含四氫呋喃(tetrahydrofuran,THF)廢水,探討反應溫度範圍(15℃~35℃)、pH(6.5~7.5)對含四氫呋喃廢水的處理效果之影響,觀察厭氧污泥處理THF廢水時產生的氣體與速度,並將THF廢水COD濃度30,000 mg/L的含四氫呋喃廢水去除率達到80%以上(COD濃度由1500提升至30,000 mg/L ,MLSS由20.3g/L提升至46.5g/L)。
    提升馴養污泥負荷時發現,氣溫的高低對產氣量的提高有明顯的影響,產氣提高時COD去除率由最低30.1%提升到最高去除效果95%,由此可知,溫度對去除率與產氣量的提升有相當大的影響。(每下降或增加5℃去除率都會產生變化,本實驗15度以下微生物開始休眠,29到31℃為微生物最活躍溫度,去除率最好。)
    UASB設備在操作第68天後,食微比成長逐漸於穩定,而在第5/1日食微比達到最高(0.98g COD/g MLSS• day)。於實驗階段發現,本實驗在5/1日之後食微比並不會影響COD的處理效率。
    由此可知,本實驗之操作系統,並未達最高操作負荷,建議未來研究可再提高負荷,充分利用系統的處理效能。
    In this study, an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket system (UASB) was conducted to treat wastewater contained tetrahydrofuran (THF). The system was operated under different temperature and pH in the range of 15 ℃ to 35 ℃ and 6.5 to 7.5, respectively. The study was performed within an influent COD concentration range of 1,500 to 30,000 mg/l. The experimental results demonstrate that COD removal efficiency more than 80% was observed after increased temperature. The highest and lowest COD removal of 95% and 30.1% were observed when the temperature were 29 to 31 ℃ and 5 to 15 ℃, respectively. The result also found that gas production was significantly affected by increased temperature. After 68 days of operation when the system was stable, F/M ratio was increased to 0.98 g COD/g MLSS? day was achieved at day 5/1.
    It can be seen that the operating system of this experiment, and not up to the highest operating load, if the research time is longer, but also to achieve a higher concentration of treatment effect.
