    摘要: 本研究藉由芳香療法針對人們日常生活中需要久坐、久站、久走,所造成下肢循環不良,水腫、緊繃、腿痠、腿麻、嚴重者甚至有靜脈曲張的現象。探討其對腿部舒緩之影響,並進行問卷調查,了解下肢循環不良及水腫的原因,與利用手技按摩搭配不同精油配方,來探討精油種類對腿部舒緩之效用。運用單方及複方等配方,進行腿部舒緩按摩,改善下肢循環不良之研究。藉此觀察單方與複方精油的效果差異,研究發現複方較單方精油更能改善色素沉澱、靜脈曲張、浮腫使腿部輕盈,同時達到放鬆的效果。
    This study by the use of aromatherapy for people in their daily lives need sedentary, long standing, long walk, resulting in poor lower limb, edema, tight, leg acid, leg hemp, severe cases and even varicose veins phenomenon.To explore the impact of the ease of the legs, and a questionnaire survey to understand the causes of lower limb malnutrition and edema, and the use of hand massage with different essential oil formula to explore the type of essential oils on the effect of leg relief.The use of unilateral and compound formula, the legs soothing massage, improve the study of poor lower limb circulation.This observation of unilateral and compound essential oil effect difference, the study found that the compound than the unilateral essential oil can improve the pigmentation, varicose veins, swelling to the legs light, while achieving the effect of relaxation.
