    Abstract: 本研究探討常見的植物及水果發酵而成的液體酵素,調製成各種不同的酵素洗劑產品。實驗利用不同比例的酵素調製酵素洗劑,改變油汙、酵素種類,洗劑清洗濃度及浸泡時間,探討其接觸角、黏度及pH值、表面張力與保濕度,以建立酵素洗劑產品對於油汙清除能力的測定方法。 實驗結果發現,酵素具有增加油汙洗淨的功效,其中以左手香與蔓越莓酵素的洗淨力最佳。並由實驗中得知改變酵素濃度會影響清潔效果,在稀釋20倍,含酵素14%並浸泡30秒洗淨力最佳。且油汙種類不同洗淨效果亦不同,其中對動物性油汙的去除能力較差。此外本研究調製之洗劑表面張力較低、黏度較小,同時洗淨後對皮膚的保濕性好,適用於各種膚質。
    This study explored several enzyme solutions prepared by fermentation of common plants or fruits, and formulated into a variety of different enzyme cleaning products. In order to establish the method to determine the oil scavenging ability of these cleaning products, experiments were conducted to characterize the contact angle, viscosity and pH value, surface tension, and moisture retention of each enzyme product. Also tested were the different oil types, the cleaning reagent concentration, and the soaking time. The results showed that all enzymes tested exhibited considerable cleaning and oil scavenging ability; those of Maxican mint and cranberry showed superior effects. Different enzyme concentrations also led to varying cleaning effects, the best of which was observed using 14% enzyme in 20-time dilution and soaked for 30 seconds.Given the enzymes’ varying degree of oil scavenging ability, it was found that animal oil stains were the toughest to be removed.The enzyme solutions developed in the present study, for their lower surface tension and smaller viscosity, have the benefit of moisture retention, and thus should be suitable for a variety of skin types.
