    摘要: 隨著時代的變遷,香皂依然在人類生活中扮演著不可或缺的角色。根據經濟部統計處調查資料庫顯示,2013年台灣香皂生產量已達4259公噸,生產值高達約4億2千萬元[1],因此香皂在清潔用品中銷售金額中是最可觀的。 近年來自製手工皂逐漸盛行,製作手工皂強調「天然、無化學」且是對地球及人類無負擔的產品,在配方中添加天然物質,增加皂的功能性及多元化,因此對於手工皂的品質更是嚴格把關,在效能與訴求方面更成為現代消費者重視的因素之一。 本研究主要探討手工皂、皂基與市售香皂各項性質間關係,分別添加七種不同比例粉粒物質於手工皂及皂基中製成香皂,挑選各方面性質較為優良的香皂,來與市售香皂進行相關性比較。歸納出以下結論。
    研究結果顯示:(1)含有粉粒物質添加於手工皂熟成時間需28天,酸鹼值才可達正常使用範圍,則硬度需28天後更久的熟成時間。(2)手工皂添加粉粒物質,硬度:HD1>HT5>HT6,起泡力:HB0>HH6>HD1,洗卸力:HM2>HV6>HS6,刺激性:HT5>HT6>HC5,均屬於安全無刺激範圍內。(3)皂基添加粉粒物質,硬度:SH5>SC5>SV5,起泡力:SB0>SD3>SD1,洗卸力:SB0>SV6>SC6,刺激性:SM2>SM4>ST5,均屬於安全無刺激範圍內。(4)手工皂在起泡力方面,添加粉粒物質後,起泡能力雖然均減弱,但其中以添加竹炭粉(HH)明顯能有效增強起泡力。(5)皂基在添加粉粒物質後,在起泡力方面明顯有消泡現象,但所有添加粉粒物質中,以黑糖(SD)溶化物質有顯助於起泡力作用。(6)市售香皂硬度:MD>MH>MM,起泡力:MH>MD>MM,穩泡力:MH>MM>MD,洗卸力:MH>MM>MD,刺激性:MH>MD>MM,但均屬於安全無刺激範圍。(7)手工皂及皂基添加粉粒物質,進行各項性質檢測分析,在所有手工皂中最好為:HT6>HT5>HM2;而在所有皂基中最好為:SH5>SM4>SD3&SM2。(8)將挑選最具有代表性的手工皂及皂基與市售香皂,進行各項性質之間相關性,經使用SPSS統計分析後,皆為無顯著相關性。由本研究結果,可提供添加粉粒於高機能性手工皂配方開發參考之研究依據。
    Along with the change in times, soap still plays an indispensable role in human life. According to the statistics of Ministry of Economic Affairs survey database shows that the production of soap in Taiwan has reached 4259 metric tons, and the value of output was up to about 420 million dollars [1] in 2013; therefore, the sales of soap in cleaning products was respectable. In recent years,handmade soap has become popular, and we lay special stress on "natural, no chemical" in making handmade soap and it’s also the product that reduce the burden of the Earth and human beings. And we also add natural substances in the formula to increase the capability and diversity of soap. Therefore, we insist on strict quality of soap, and make it become a factor that consumers attach importance to the efficacy and requirement.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between handmade soap, and soap base and the soap sold on market. We put seven different proportions of powdery materials into handmade soap and soap base, and became the soap, and we selected good ones to compare with the soap sold on market. The results show that: (1) containing powder material added to the hand soap mature into 28 days, the nature of the balance up to the state. (2) Handmade soap Add powder material, hardness: HD1> HT5> HT6, Foaming force: HB0> HH6> HD1, washing capacity: HM2> HV6> HS6, irritation: HT5> HT6> HC5, are within the scope of safety without stimulation. (3) soap base added powder material, Hardness: SH5> SC5> SV5, Foaming force: SB0> SD3> SD1, Dispensing force: SB0> SV6> SC6, irritation: SM2> SM4> ST5, are within the scope of safety without stimulation. (4) hand soap in the foaming force, the addition of powder material, although the foam capacity are weakened, but the addition of bamboo charcoal powder (HH) can effectively enhance the foaming force. (5) soap base in the addition of powder material, the foaming force in the obvious defoaming phenomenon, but all the added powder material, the black sugar (SD) dissolved substances have a significant role in the role of foaming. (6) Commercially available soap hardness: MD> MH> MM, Foam force: MH> MD> MM, Stable force: MH> MM> MD, washing force: MH> MM> MD, irritation: MH> MD > MM, but are safe without stimulation range. (7) hand soap and soap to add powder material, the nature of the detection and analysis of all hand soap is best: HT6> HT5> HM2; and in all the soap is best: SH5 > SM4> SD3 & SM2. (8) The most representative handmade soap and soap base and the commercially available soap were selected for the correlation between the properties, and after SPSS statistical analysis, there was no significant correlation. Based on the results of this study, we can provide the basis for the development of reference materials for the development of high-performance handmade soap formulations.
