    摘要: 本研究探討德國蟑螂餌劑劑型偏好與誘引測試,以飢餓24小時的德國蟑螂進行選擇及無選擇試驗,評估對供試誘餌取食量及取食偏好。以雙向選擇方式、8 個小室嗅覺測定裝置及逢機選擇設計,逐步測試德國蟑螂對液體餌劑和凝膠餌劑的取食偏好,最適合的液體餌劑含 20% 果糖、10% 大豆蛋白的水溶液,最適合的凝膠餌劑是由 7% 鹿角膠配製含 20% 果糖、20% 酵母蛋白及 8% 的丙二醇。添加不同醣類、不同濃度、洋蔥水、紹興酒、啤酒及茶類等不同誘引物,經統計分析不具顯著刺激取食效果。調製含 3.5% 硼酸、 0.03% -0.06% 因得克液體餌劑及含 3.5% - 20% 硼酸的凝膠餌劑,對德國蟑螂具 100% 防治效果。
    The aim of this study was to investigate bait formulation preference and attraction in German cockroach. These 24-h starved cockroaches were given in choice and no-choice assays to evaluate the food consumed and lure preference. Two-choice design, modified eight-chamber olfactometers and randomized design were used for food preference experiment. The suitable ingredient for liquid bait was composed of fructose (20%) and soy peptone (10%) liquid solution. The suitable ingredient for the gel bait was composed of fructose (20%), yeast peptone (20%) and propylene glycol (8%) in 7% Carrageen gel. Various foods were added to the liquid and gel baits to study the attractiveness to the German cockroach. The results showed that increased sugars amount, or added onion water, Shaoxing wine, beer and teas were not significantly stimulating food consumption. The liquid baits composed of 3.5% boric acid, 0.03%-0.06% indoxacarb, and the gel baits composed of 3.5%-20% boric acid, can provide rapid and effective kill of German cockroaches, Blattella germanica (L).
