    Abstract: 本研究將計劃擬將PEOH與葉酸利用脫水方式結合，形成具靶向作用的高分子載體。利用FT-IR、NMR確定高分子載體的化學結構，並測試其相關之物化及生化性質，如複合體之表面電位、粒徑大小、細胞毒性、緩衝能力及轉染效力。
