Abstract:	本實驗目的為探討小鼠餵食辣木 (Moringa oleifera, MO)後是否具有保護腎臟的氧化傷害。MO 含有高量多酚類，體外抗氧化活性亦很高。所以我們採用藥物注射造成腎臟的氧化傷害。將小鼠分成對照組和實驗組，飼養三週後再進行6mg/kg BW 之Cisplatin 單次注射，之後繼續餵飼一週後，進行動物犧牲，測定血漿的肌酸酐與尿素氮來評估腎功能的影響狀況。
