    Title: 苦藤水萃物的腎臟保護效應研究

    Abstract: 苦藤(Caulis Tinosporae)的乾燥莖切片為民間常用以泡開水服用以護肝,本實驗試著探討苦藤萃取物對小鼠肝腎的抗氧化效果。方法﹕乾燥苦藤莖分別以熱水和冷水並以不同時間進行萃取,測定萃出率及萃出物的總酚類和類黃酮含量。小鼠適應一週後再依體重隨機分五組﹕空白組(C 組)、誘導氧化組(CIP 組)、苦藤萃出物高劑量組500mg/kg (CIP+TH 組)、苦藤萃出物中劑量250mg/kg (CIP+TM 組)、苦藤萃出物低劑量100mg/kg (CIP+TL組)。餵食一週後再進行CIP 注射,三天後進行動物犧牲。結果:苦藤使用熱水萃取10 分鐘的萃出率及總多酚類、類黃酮的指標最佳,因此以熱水萃出物進行動物實驗。苦藤高劑量組肝臟相對組織重量顯著高於空白組;血漿 Creatinine 以及腎臟的氧化效果於組間沒有顯著差異;苦藤高劑量組的肝臟GSH 含量顯著最高。因此認為苦藤可能對肝臟有較佳的抗氧化作用。
