Abstract:	Aspergillus nidulans (A. nidulans)已被當作一個生物體模式來應用於研究基因調節與藥物的研發，包含A. nidulans 的 aspergillus 類之基因體定序後顯示有著豐富的二次代謝基因串，並且過去的研究也發現在A.nidulan 可表現出一些具有醫療價值的二次代謝產物。最近研究以成功的把A. nidulans 的F9775 誘導出orsellinic acid，因為這些二次代謝物都具有高度的醫療價值，所以我們將以此orsellinic acid 來當作骨架來進一步的修飾使得其更具醫療的價值，我們將以成骨及噬骨細胞來討這些orsellinic acid 及其衍生物對細胞毒殺的效應，更進一步的研發出一個具有醫療價值的藥物。
