    摘要: 由於真菌之二次代謝物具有結構多樣性與生物活性，因而成為新藥開發的重要研究方向之一。Gerfelin 為小巢狀麴菌(Aspergillus nidulans)之orsellinic acid/F9775 基因叢集二次代謝物，其具有抑制geranylgeranyl diphosphate (GGPP)合成酶的活性。本研究以3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol 與ethyl 4-bromobenzoate 為起始物，進行Pd 催化的Ullmann 反應以及水解反應，可獲得gerfelin 結構衍生物10 及11。在生物活性試驗中，化合物10 及11 對A549 (human lung adenocarcinoma epithelial cell line)的IC50 分別為2.1 μM 與12.3 μM，具有顯著之細胞毒活性之差異。
