| 摘要: | 本發明係有關於一種評估藥物於治療粥狀動脈硬化的功效之方法，係先準備小鼠血管內皮細胞；加入腫瘤壞死因子於小鼠血管內皮細胞作用3~9個小時；再加入待測藥物於小鼠血管內皮細胞作用一段時間；以及利用複數引子組進行反轉?定?聚合??鎖反應（RT-qPCR）以偵測小鼠血管內皮細胞是否表現粥狀動脈硬化相關基因。
The invention relates to a method of assessing drug efficacy in treating atherosclerosis. The method comprises steps of preparing a mouse vascular endothelial cell; adding a tumor necrosis factor to the mouse vascular endothelial cell for reaction for 3-9 hours; adding a drug to be tested to the mouse vascular endothelial cell for reaction for a period of time; and detecting whether atherosclerosis related genes are expressed in the mouse vascular endothelial cell by using a plurality of primer sets to conduct RT-qPCR. |
