    摘要: 本發明係有關於一種蠶絲蛋白(silk protein)於抗氧化之用途,其係將一有效劑量之蠶絲蛋白投予至一所需個體,以清除自由基、抑制脂質過氧化及預防質體DNA受紫外線傷害;藉此,蠶絲蛋白可進一步作為抗氧化或抗老化之化妝材料組成物或醫藥組成物。
    The invention relates to a use of a silk protein for anti-oxidation by applying an effective does of the silk protein to skin for scavenging free radicals, inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and protecting plasmid DNA from UV damage. Accordingly, the silk protein can be further utilized in manufacturing cosmetic compositions or pharmaceutical compositions for anti-oxidation and anti-aging.
