摘要:	本發明係有關於一種初乳於抗氧化之應用，其係將一有效劑量之初乳(colostrum)投予至一皮膚，以清除自由基及抑制脂氧合?活性；藉此，初乳可進一步作為抗氧化或抗老化之化妝材料組成物或醫藥組成物，達到有效減緩皮膚老化之功效。 The invention relates to a use of colostrum for anti-oxidation by applying an effective does of the colostrum to skin for scavenging free radicals and inhibiting activity of lipoxygenase. Accordingly, the colostrum can be further utilized in manufacturing cosmetic compositions or pharmaceutical compositions for anti-oxidation or anti-aging, so as to slow down skin aging effectively.
