    Abstract: 本發明是有關於一種具抗菌活性之芒果花粗萃物及其製造方法，其係將疏花被棄之愛文芒果的新鮮花苞與新鮮花，藉用不含甲醇之極性溶劑以加熱迴流萃取製程而獲得。由此所得的芒果花粗萃物具有抗金黃色葡萄球菌之活性，可應用於皮膚外用組成物。
