Abstract:	一種幾丁聚醣微膠囊之製造方法，其係將幾丁聚醣溶液與胜肽溶液混合後，進行乳化反應，使幾丁聚醣包覆胜肽而形成幾丁聚醣微膠囊，其中此幾丁聚醣微膠囊具有多孔狀結構以及1奈米(nm)至1微米(μm)之平均粒徑，又兼具抑制金黃色葡萄球菌生長以及皮膚抗皺的效用。
