    Abstract: 植物在不同的環境刺激之下,可產生各式的次級代謝物,並協助植物度過生物性與非生物性的逆境。台灣重要藥用植物金線連 (Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata),具有「藥王」的美名,許多研究指出其具有改善高血脂、活化巨噬細胞、肝損傷保戶與免疫調節的功能,90年代從組織培養轉型到農民產業開發,近來已具有相當大的市場規模。。近年來,開始有研究人員利用LED光處理,預期可加速金線連組培苗生長。本計畫期望在單一波長刺激下,觀察金線連生長型態變化,並探討金線連次級代謝物圖譜,比較基因圖譜與代謝圖譜之相關性,篩選出促進此類次級代謝物的產量的光質條件與品系。
