    Abstract: 本發明係有關於一種利用生物轉換製備6-羥基芹菜素(6-Hydroxyapigenin)之方法，其步驟包括：分別由米麴菌(Aspergillus oryzae)與釀酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)中擴增CYP57B3與sCPR基因，並將兩基因形成一融合基因；將融合基因接合至pGAPZA載體之中以形成環狀重組質體；再將環狀重組質體置於微生物表達系統(畢赤酵母，Pichiaa pastoris)中，並在含有芹菜素之培養基內培養此微生物表達系統一作用時間；藉此，可製備出6-羥基芹菜素，尤其係經過72小時培養後，可產生產量高達0.22mg/L之6-羥基芹菜素。
