    Abstract: 本發明係有關於一種利用生物轉換製備6-羥基芹菜素(6-Hydroxyapigenin)之方法,其步驟包括:分別由米麴菌(Aspergillus oryzae)與釀酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)中擴增CYP57B3與sCPR基因,並將兩基因形成一融合基因;將融合基因接合至pGAPZA載體之中以形成環狀重組質體;再將環狀重組質體置於微生物表達系統(畢赤酵母,Pichiaa pastoris)中,並在含有芹菜素之培養基內培養此微生物表達系統一作用時間;藉此,可製備出6-羥基芹菜素,尤其係經過72小時培養後,可產生產量高達0.22mg/L之6-羥基芹菜素。
