摘要:	本發明係有關於一種牛至萃取物於抗氧化之用途，其係施予一有效劑量之牛至(Origanum vulgare)萃取物至一所需個體，以有效清除自由基，其中牛至萃取物係以至少一步驟之有機溶劑萃取製得；藉此，牛至萃取物可用於製備抗氧化之化妝材料組成物或醫藥組成物，以保護皮膚細胞免於紫外線傷害。 The invention relates to a use of anOriganum vulgareextract for anti-oxidation by applying an effective does of theOriganum vulgareextract to skin for effectively scavenging free radicals, wherein theOriganum vulgareextract is manufactured by at least one organic solvent extraction step. Accordingly, theOriganum vulgareextract can be further utilized in manufacturing cosmetic compositions or pharmaceutical compositions for anti-oxidation, so as to protect skin cells from UV damage.
