In the last decade many research interest about encapsulation technology that can protect natural substance from photo-oxidation or degradation. It probably used in foods, medicine, cosmetic, agriculture and industry. In this research we interesting use oxyresveratrol which is extracted from Artocarpus Lakoocha Roxb. (AL) heartwood that is a perennial plant found mostly in Thailand. It was used for Thai traditional medicine. In our study extraction oxyresveratrol by using 95% ethanol. Oxyresveratrol was yield of 78.8% by HPLC investigated. In-vitro study was found the IC50 of antioxidation of crude extracted versus vitamin C were 63 and 28 μg/mL respectively (DPPH method). It was also found IC50 of anti-tyrosinase activities of crude extract higher than kojic acid 32 fold. In addition NLC were utilized for enhance stability of oxyresveratrol. The oxyresveratrol loaded NLC was prepared by hot high- pressure homogenizer at 500 bar, 5 cycles with various a surfactant. Investigation stability and physicochemical property of nanocolloid during storage was observed at 4 ?C 25 ?C and 45 ?C. The optimum formulation was used tween 80 as a surfactant to achieve efficiency for improving stability for oxyresveratrol than others. The mean particle size was approximately ? 200 nm with narrow dispersion, lower than 0.2 and zeta potential became less negative as -30 mV. The encapsulation efficiency was showed up to 90%. The result was conclude that this invention has ability for used as whitener in cosmetic.
