職業安全衛生教育訓練機構辦訓都會以提升勞工安全衛生知能,降低勞工職災發生率為己任。良好的教育訓練品質與訓練績效是為職業安全衛生教育訓練機構辦訓之目標,而訓練機構對於安全衛生教育訓練評鑑結果,應為攸關自身教育訓練辦訓品質與組織績效之良瓠。本研究以研究對象參與安全衛生教育訓練評鑑後,探討其在實施P-D-C-A循環圈概念建立的教育訓練自主管理後,和後續訓練管理職類、開班數、受訓人數變化等因素及以該區域同類型職業訓練機構辦訓情形,來比對研究對象在訓練品質及組織績效實施前後產生之變化。本研究之結論歸納如下:(一)研究對象導入P-D-C-A的教育訓練自主管理後,確實有提升本身的訓練品質、組織績效之功能。(二)在該區域,類似的訓練機構有無參與教育訓練評鑑,對其招生與組織營運績效的影響不大。 Occupational safety and health education training institutions provide training to enhance worker safety and health knowledge, reduce labor level disaster incidences as a responsibility of the organization, and provide quality education and training for the occupational health and safety education training institutions. Education and training institutions for health and safety education training evaluation results should be related to the training quality and effectiveness of the organization's performance. After the organization being studied participated in health and safety education training evaluations and implemented a self-management education and training established according to the P-D-C-A circle concept, changes arising in the quality of training and organizational performance were studied for discussion. They were categorized according to factors such as the type of follow-up training management, number of classes, changes in the number of trainees in the region, and type of vocational training institutions and training scenarios. Conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: (一)The organization being studied introduced to P-D-C-A management education and training systems, indeed enhanced the quality and organizational performance of functional training.(二)In this area, whether or not similar training institutions are involved in education and training evaluation has little effect on the recruitment and organization of operating performance.
