    摘要: 照明的主要目的是在使視覺感受到視覺舒適度,並進而能維持視覺器官的健康。檯燈是我們日常生活中廣泛又最常使用的照明光源之ㄧ,也常常被用來作為工作照明的輔助光源,因此其光源條件非常重要,且LED照明將成為未來主流光源,所以本研究以LED檯燈作為研究探討的光源。本研究旨在探討不同光源與視覺疲勞的關係,了解受測者在LED單色白光、黃光、藍光與混色白黃光、白藍光、黃藍光等六種光源下閱讀刊物時的視覺疲勞。 相關相關文獻指出在不同的照度光源與色溫對人體的生理反應及心理反應造成影響甚大。本研究以主觀評量問卷了解受測者主觀視覺疲勞,並客觀評量分析眨眼次數,來探討不同LED光源及照度對於人體所產生反應影響。 研究結果顯示(1)受測者對於單色光白光與黃光的接受度明顯高於藍光(2)受測者對於混色光白藍光、黃藍光的接受度明顯高於白黃光。(3)六種光源中,受測者只有在白光與白藍光下閱讀刊物時,在第一分鐘的眨眼率顯著較低,閱讀時間增加至10分鐘時,眨眼率無顯著變化。
    The main purpose of lighting is to make visual comfort, and thus can maintain healthy vision organs. Lamp is most widely used source of illumination at our daily life and is also often used as an auxiliary light source for the task lighting. LED lighting will become the mainstream of the light source, so this study used LED lamp as a light source.This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the different light sources and the visual fatigue。The study explored the visual fatigue of the subjects reading the maganize under the six different LED light sources, LED monochrome white, yellow, blue and blending light white-yellow, white- blue, and yellow-blue.The relevant literature indicates different illuminance and color temperature of the light source caused great impact on the physiological response and psychological reaction of the body. In this study, both subjective assessment questionnaires used to udnderstand the subject's subjective visual fatigue and objective blink analysis was applied to explore the effects of the different LED light sources and illuminance on human vision.The results show that (1) the subject’s acceptance of monochromatic white light and yellow light were significantly higher than that of blue light (2) the subject's accetpacne of mixing light white-blue light and yellow-blue light were significantly higher than that of white-yellow light. (3) only under white light and white-blue light, the blink rate of the subjects reading the books at the first minute was singnificantly lower. There was no significant change in blink rate when subjects’s reading time increased to 10 minutes.
