    摘要: 溫泉是國家重要的地熱資源,更是來自地底下的天然寶貴珍物,自1999年交通部觀光局推動「台灣觀光溫泉年」活動以來,泡溫泉的人潮即逐年增加,國人訴求的理念不光僅是溫泉能紓解壓力,也有著促進健康作用之效果、重視疾病預防、有著養身之道的念想。本研究旨在透過浸泡溫泉及熱水的過程,就人體體表溫度及額溫、耳溫的變化情形去做分析,探討不同泉(水)質與溫度維持之關聯性,進而歸納出不同溫泉泉質對體表溫度維持效果供作參考。 本研究以二名志願參與本實驗之健康男女為研究對象,受試者分別浸泡熱水、碳酸氫鈉泉及白磺泉全身浴各三次前後,分別以耳溫槍量測耳溫、額溫計量測額溫、紅外線熱像測溫儀量測熱能顯示情況,以取得實驗平均數值,去做統計分析研究之探討。 研究結果顯示,浸泡白磺泉的溫度維持效果優於浸泡自來水及碳酸氫鈉泉,白磺泉之溫泉浸泡具有體表溫度維持之作用。白磺泉溫泉浴血液循環效能較佳,對於促進健康作用之效能明顯。
    Hot spring is an important geothermal resources, it is a natural valuable the treasure from under the earth. In the year 1999, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau promoted "Taiwan Spa Year" activities. After that, hot spring industry crowd every year. However, people demand concept is not only the relieve stress Spa but also health effects promotion. As the result, the disease prevention with the hot spring bath has been highly pay attention. In this study, we designed soaking hot spring spa and hot water in the experiment process. The human body surface temperature and core temperature were measured and recorded to analysis the effect of temperature keeping from different hot spring. In the experiments, a volunteered healthy man and a woman were soaked in hot water, sodium bicarbonate and white sulfur spring in full bath, respectively. The body and forehead temperature were measured from thermometer. The Infrared Thermography Meter (ITM), to get the average value of the body energy situation, also measured body energy situation. Then the value was investigated the temperature keeping capacity with the statistical analysis. The results showed that temperature-keeping capacity from white sulfur springs soaking was better than tap water and sodium bicarbonate springs. The white sulfur spring soaking has the effect of maintaining the temperature of the skin surface. We concluded the white sulfur spring spa bath promoted better blood circulation and performance for the effectiveness of the health benefits.
